Double Bias fabrics are continuous roving oriented in the +45° and -45° （0° and 90°）directions into a single fabric. The normal fabric weight is 300g/m²~1200g/m², and chopped strand mat with 100~450g/m² can be stitched under the layers. Double Bias Fabrics offer superior structural performance in applications subject to extreme shear and torsion stress. The products are mainly for wind turbine blades, shipbuilding, and transportation and sports facilities industries.
